Greetings Hampton Elementary School Families,
We’ve all gained an extra hour this week with the time change! Here are your updates as we begin the week:
HES Student Picture Orders – A reminder to families that picture retake orders are due back at the school by Nov.14th.
NB Student Wellness and Education Survey - In mid-November, our school will participate in the annual provincial Student Wellness and Education Survey. This survey is for students in grades 4 and 5, and is completed online at school.
There is a home portion to the NB Wellness Survey, where parents and guardians are invited to share thoughts on your child's physical health, social-emotional development, and family habits. A PIN code and link will be sent home with each student this week.
HES Hot Lunch – A note for families that pizza orders will be open online from Nov.3-Nov.14 for 5 pizza dates Nov.15-Dec.13. Orders are due by 9am on Nov. 14. Paper order forms can be picked up in the office if needed.
Winter is Coming – Last week’s snowfall reminds us that the seasons are changing! Now is a great time to switch over to warmer outside gear. Students should start to bring heavier coats, hats, mittens, and boots to school for our outdoor recesses.
HES Home & School Mables Labels Fundraiser – Our HES Home and School has a fantastic way with Mables Labels to ensure that your child’s winter gear stays out of the lost and found!

HES Home and School Meeting – The November HES Home and School Meeting takes place this
Thursday, Nov.9th @ 6:30pm in the Library.
HES Clothing – We are hard at work developing the order list for HES clothing. Stay tuned in the coming
days for further information.

Thank you and have a good evening!
